Using a client-led approach, he helps to unearth the real issues affecting performance at all levels within an organisation.
Dave Conway has assisted many clients over the years to achieve positive changes, whether personal or business, and learnt that often it is not possible to seperate one from the other. His approcah is client-focussed, each person being unique and deserving of respect and an understanding of their gifts.
Seeing themselves through a positive prism can enable the client to make decisions and take actions that will be sympathetic to their values and beliefs, and considerate of those that are close to them.
Interview and CV Preparation
Many people “freeze” at interviews, or fail to “put their best foot forward”, resulting in a lose/lose situation for both interviewee and interviewers; the organisation often selecting the best person at conducting successful interviews rather than the best person for the job.
Dave has helped clients to achieve jobs and roles that suit their experience, attributes, and future aspirations, offering a practical technique that draws the best from them.
Prior to the interview of course is getting the interview! To this end Dave can help clients in the preparation of their CVs and cover letters. This can be done face-to-face or via email.
Coaching Services
Coaching is delivered on a one-on-one basis, and at a time and place that is mutually agreed, typically over four or more sessions. They can also be arranged by Skype, telephone/chat.
