Style
Every client is unique, as is every situation that they encounter. Dave’s personal style is to help each coaching client to release their potential, through an understanding and appreciation of their strengths, and an honest appraisal of their areas for improvement. Assisting the client to see their role as part of a bigger picture can quickly lead to an appreciation of how their style works within that context. By encouraging managers to focus on coaching as an effective management tool, excellent results have been achieved in terms of individual and team performance.
Seeing improvements in both the personal and organisational areas of a client’s life is the primary reward for Dave.Brief career history
